DrinksBase grew from hands-on work with wine producers, importers and commercial teams across different markets. Important product information needed by sales and marketing teams is often unavailable, incomplete, outdated, poorly translated or scattered across files, inboxes and messaging apps. Finding the latest version can mean repeated requests, back-and-forth emails and time-consuming preparation of technical documents, price lists and commercial materials.

The principle behind DrinksBase is simple: much of this information already exists. When it is structured, validated and maintained in one trusted place, it can be shared across the commercial network and reused wherever the business needs it. That means less repetitive administration, greater consistency and more time for commercial work.
